FACTS. - Campbell attempted to drive past an auto caravan in which Slusher was driving. Ospital came from the other direction, and, allegedly trying to avoid a head-on collision with Campbell, Ospital lost control and collided with Slusher. Ospital was killed; Slusher injured, and Campbell unscathed.
