DROWOTA, J. We granted Plaintiff's Rule 11 application because the issue raised on appeal has not been addressed by this Court. Suit was brought by an attorney against his former client to recover attorney fees for services rendered on the client's behalf in a divorce proceeding. The question of law presented is whether the violation by counsel of a disciplinary rule of this Court warrants the forfeiture of counsel's claim for a fee, if the violation prejudiced his client's divorce action?
